A gorgeous and deceptively large eclectic villa, set on a hill near a wonderful fishing village. Our home has panoramic views over Paros island and Naxos island across the sea.
This 3-bedroom holiday villa can easily sleep up to 7 guests and comes complete with garden, BBQ, shaded terraces and two kitchens!
Just a 2-minute drive from the beach, this is an ideal home for a family or group of friends to relax and celebrate life in.
Built in the traditional, simple Cycladic style, with exposed stone exterior walls, the villa sits on a large, well-tended garden, dotted with palm trees. There are gorgeous sea and island views for you to enjoy from its covered patio and terraces that come fully-equipped with gorgeous and comfortable outdoors furniture. You will be able to relax in plenty of nooks and crannies, whether by yourself or with your friends and family, take in the wonderful summer smells and fully enjoy Paros’ amazing summer climate.
Indoors the home is set over two floors with a bedroom, open plan kitchen-living room and a modern bathroom on each one! It has been furnished in the eclectic style and features some wonderful, original silk screen prints throughout.
The two kitchens come fully-equipped.
Guests will have exclusive access to a fully-equipped villa and its garden.

Ampelas is a charming fishing village, a few minutes’ drive from Naousa town. There is a picturesque port, lovely beaches and plenty of tavernas offering the day’s catch.
Some of Paros’ best known beaches, such as Santa Maria and Kolimbithres are just a short drive away.
The village also has a riding school, a yoga and meditation centre and shops for necessities. It is a great spot for those wanting to explore Paros’ hillside traditional villages like Lefkes.
The villa is located in a residential area overlooking the village.
To enjoy this island home fully, we recommend you hire a car. There is free parking on the premises.
