A gorgeous, minimal, 3-bed and 3-bath Cycladic family villa which also has an outdoors plunge pool and amazing sea views. Villa Elpida is an bohemian three-storey home, part of a group of 6 beautiful holiday residences. It is elegant, simple, fully-equipped and up-to-date. The villa offers the best of both worlds: a quiet spot with panoramic views close to all amenities, amazing beaches, and great places to wine and dine. Up to 8 guests will have an unforgettable time in this perfect home.
The villa was built with luxury, comfort and simplicity in mind. The traditional whitewashed exteriors hide a modern, informal, chic interior, decorated in cool white and grey tones. Its contemporary furniture is complemented by wooden and stone elements that give a touch of natural warmth.
It is part of a group of 6 gorgeous island homes.
On the ground floor there is a large, open-plan living and dining area with fireplace and a modern fully equipped kitchen. This leads out onto balconies and the garden - all with gorgeous views!
There is also a bathroom.
The top floor master bedroom has amazing sea and island views and its own ensuite bathroom.
There are another two bedrooms on the lower ground floor. The first has a double bed and the second a bunk bed that can sleep 3 people. They two share the villa's third bathroom.
There are plenty of outdoors sitting areas furnished elegantly while the garden and plunge pool come complete with loungers and funky outdoors furniture.
Guests have exclusive and unique access to the villa.
The villa offers total privacy, however we are always on call to assist.
The villa is located are around 30’ away from the airport and just an 2' drive from the town of Naousa, with its traditional Cycladic cobbled streets, multitude of bars, restaurants and shops.
Paros has a large number of beaches you can reach easily from Villa Elpida, the closest one less than 5 minutes away.
You will need to access the residence by car. There is free parking.
