Description
Just a short walk to the island’s best family beach, this is a Greek island holiday home you will want to come back to again and again. At Villa Mantaki we start the day splashing around in the crystal-clear blue waters, go on to enjoy the golden sand while sipping cold beverages, and often lunch at the local tavernas. We then head back to enjoy the villa’s sea views, big garden and shaded terrace. We round up our day stargazing and enjoying Greece’s gorgeous summer nights.
You will be staying at the tranquil and exclusive area of Santa Maria in Paros. If you fancy dipping into the local nightlife, Paros’ main town, Naousa, is just a few minutes’ drive away. Its quaint cobbled streets are lined with bars, restaurants and shops.
Your holiday home, Villa Mantaki, is modern and spacious but in keeping with the local white, minimal architecture.
It has a shaded terrace with fabulous sea views where you can eat al fresco or enjoy cocktails under the stars with the lights of Naxos island flickering across the sea.
The villa is set on three levels. The main level has a fully equipped and functional open plan kitchen and a fireplace. The master bedroom is set on the upper level and has gorgeous sea views as well as an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom has both a double bed and bunk beds.
Outdoors, there is plenty of room for the children to play in the large garden and two shaded patios.
You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa, with a private shaded terrace and a large garden from which you can pick herbs for your cooking.
As much or as little as you want. We are not always staying on the premises, however we are only a phone call/email for anything you need.
The neighborhood is private and residential, sprinkled with villas. It is spread around one of the best beaches on the island (Mikri Santa Maria), just a walk away from Villa Mantaki.
There are many more gorgeous beaches to explore as well as lovely hillside villages and seaside towns. We will provide you with a complete villa manual with our suggestions.
We are 100m away from the local bus stop but the last bus from Naousa to the villas is at about 6pm. As a result, we recommend that you rent a car. However, some of your guests have just used the buses and told us that they enjoyed themselves immensely.
The house comes fully equipped. There is Wi-Fi, a washing machine and free parking. We will provide you with essentials such as towels and linen.
