Just 100 metres from the sandy, turquoise waters of Santa Maria Beach, Greece, our sparkling-white villa is an ideal spot to unwind, recharge and celebrate .Relax and enjoy this gorgeous home with family and friends, just like it was intended. It can host up to 8 guests and is surrounded by a stunning garden with beautiful sea and island views. Wine and dine under the pergolas that offer all-day shade, walk to the beach, or head for the picturesque town of Naousa with its bars, shops and restaurants.
The Stone Villa Serenity is entirely constructed out of stone, in keeping with the island's traditional style. Its interiors are tasteful and elegant, in keeping with the Greek island ethos of cherishing the simple things in life.
Groups of friends and family can stretch out in the ground floor with its open-plan kitchen, large dining area, fireplace and two living areas. Or they can head for the pergolas and shaded patios outdoors to enjoy Paros' fantastic summers and starlit nights. A little bit further, one may sit back and relax in one of the comfortable chaise-longues overlooking the sea.
There is a bedroom with a queen size double bed, fitted closets and a marble bathroom.
The lower level of the house consists of two bright bedrooms; one is equipped with a king-size bed (with the possibility of 2 single beds instead), while the other is equipped with 2 single beds which can be transformed into two semi-double beds. There is also a second bathroom and a cozy t.v. room with built-in sofas.
The villa has central heating, an alarm system, ceiling fans on all bedrooms, screens on all windows, and outdoor shower, a storage with a freezer and an extra fridge, and two parking spaces.
You will have access to a fully equipped and independent villa, with a private shaded terrace and garden from which you can pick herbs for their cooking

The neighborhood is a private residential area with villas.
One of the best beaches (Mikri Santa) on the island is within walking distance.
We are 20m from a bus stop, but the last bus from Naousa to the villas is at about 6pm. So it is not suitable for nightlife!
Renting a car is recommended, however we have had guests who just used the buses.
