About your Cycladic family villa
Villa Elpida is set on the Kantinelies hill, above the Isterni area of Paros. As a result, you will be able to enjoy amazing 180-degree sea views. A typical example of a contemporary Cycladic family villas, this home has traditional exteriors and a modern, chic interior.
It has been decorated in cool white and grey tones. Wooden and stone elements give it a touch of natural warmth indoors. There are outdoors spaces for your family or group of friends to relax and enjoy Paros’ amazing weather all day long.
On the ground floor there is a living area with a fireplace, an open plan kitchen, a dining area and a bathroom. Walk out onto the veranda, with its outdoors dining area. Down the steps, you will find the plunge pool that can be used day or night. There is hip patio furniture waiting for you and fantastic views.
On the first floor you can find the master bedroom with a bathroom. There is also a lovely balcony with amazing views. This is a great spot to enjoy both the start and the end of the day.
The lower ground floor has two bedrooms. The first one has twin beds and the second a double bed. They share the villa’s a bathroom.
Villa Elpida is private and peaceful but it is also easy to get to. The drive from the airport takes around 30’. Paros’ quaint main town, Naousa, is just a short drive away. The town comes complete with traditional Cycladic cobbled streets and has many great bars, restaurants and shops. Paros’ main port, Paroikia, is just a few minutes’ drive away too.
The island has a tens of beaches you can reach easily from the villa while the nearby village of Isterni is a listed traditional settlement.
