Just a few minutes’ walk from an idyllic sandy beach, possibly the most family-friendly on the island, you will find the serene oasis that is Villa Elia. You will lounge under its shaded terrace and take in the sea and island views, breath the gorgeous smells coming from our tended garden and relax like you never have before. Our Paros villa sleeps up to 8 guests and has two living areas on separate floors, so that everyone can have their own space to enjoy themselves.
A gorgeous, family-friendly Paros villa
You will be located at the tranquil and exclusive area of Santa Maria in Paros. The area is dotted with beautiful homes and the crystal-clear waters of our local beach, Mikri Santa, are a walk away.
The villa is set in a 1000 m2 plot of land with olive and fruit trees, aromatic herbs, lavender and wild flowers, all of which we welcome you to use along with the BBQ. Our home has been carefully designed and built following the minimal Cycladic architecture, using local materials of the highest quality, in order to blend harmoniously with Paros’ gorgeous natural environment.
It has large shaded terrace with fabulous sea views which is ideal for al fresco meals or evening cocktails with the moon and the lights from Naxos island flickering across the sea.
The interior spaces are bright and tastefully decorated in cool tones of white and beige. Simple lines, earth-colored furniture, stone and polished concrete floors and Aegean white walls bring out a laid-back feeling. The layout offers the best possible privacy for everyone living in the villa.
The functional open plan kitchen is fully-equipped with cooking utensils and serving plates.
Even if we are not on the premises, we are only a phone call/email for anything our guests need.
The neighborhood is a private residential area with villas. The local beach, Mikri Santa, is sandy and its waters are shallow making it ideal for kids. While lounging on Mikri Santa you will be able to order coffee, refreshments and snacks. There are a couple of excellent restaurants just a few meters away from the beach.
The closest bus stop is just 20 meters away from Paros Villa Elia, but the last bus from Naousa back to the villas is at about 6pm. So if you decided not to rent a car -we highly recommend you do- and want to have a night in the town you may want to make arrangements in advanced with a local driver.
